No returns or exchanges.
At this time I do not offer any returns or exchanges. If you need to have your shipping address changed, please contact me within 24 hours of your purchase. Once your package is shipped, it is in the responsibility of USPS.
I am not responsible for lost or stolen mail. Please contact USPS if you believe your package has been lost or stolen. All orders that are ready to ship will be processed and sent out within 10 business days.
All pepili-only orders are shipped with USPS stamps, and therefore will have no tracking number. All other orders are shipped with USPS Priority Mail and will have a tracking number attached in your email.
When will I recieve my order?
Once you receive an email that your order has shipped, please expect your order within 5-7 business days for inter-island orders, and 7-10 business days for the continental U.S.
My print came to me damaged.
If your print was damaged during shipping, please do not hesitate to contact me for a reshipment!
Prints
Do prints come matted?
Prints will come un-matted unless specified otherwise. All prints will include a backboard.
Do you do custom print sizes?
Do reach out to me if you would like a custom order and I will be happy to work with you. Please allow for added processing time for custom orders.
